WIMU Hamfest 2017
We are pleased to announce the revival of the WIMU Hamfest! This great traditional hamfest will be held in Bear Lake Utah June 16-18. Bear Lake is a great destination point for families to vacation while attending the hamfest. Activities will be held at the garden city conference center and park. Outdoor vendors, swap meet, women and youth/child activities, fox hunt, special event station, and much more is planned for the hamfest.
ABOUT WIMU
WIMU (Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and Utah) Hamfest for many decades was the rocky mountains premiere hamfest. It has been awhile since the WIMU was held. However 2017 is the year for the revival of this great tradition in the ham community. If you are interested in volunteering and helping organize the event please email wimuhamfest@gmail.com

Registration is now open using paypal. Select the link below to register for the event, and purchase meal tickets for the saturday lunch and sunday breakfast.

LOCATION
Conference will be held in Garden City, Utah (Town Info). Garden City is one of many towns surrounding Bear Lake. The Bear Lake area features several RV parks and rental units. The hamfest date was selected to be off peak to enable availability and lower cost housing.

WOMEN ACTIVITIES
We will have two craft activities for the women. There will be a $5 supply fee for each craft. The craft supply can be purchased in advance on the registration page or at the registration table the day of the event. Saturday afternoon bingo will be held in the main hall and will be open to all participants.

We will have an antenna building workshop for you to make your own Measuring Tape Yagi antenna.
